Privacy Policy

Effective October 10, 2026

This policy explains how SVN Group / Senora Valley Roleplay (“SVN,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you use the SVN website, roleplay server, store links, applications, and community spaces. Third-party services have their own privacy notices and controls.

1. Information we receive

Depending on how you use SVN, we may receive:

  • Account and contact details, such as your username, email address, account identifier, and login or security records.
  • Discord details when you link or use Discord, such as your Discord username, user ID, and avatar.
  • Application and community information, such as in-game name, age where requested, timezone, experience, answers, department interest, staff or role history, and information you choose to include in a message.
  • Support and moderation information, such as ticket messages, reports, uploaded images, staff notes, role or rank records, task and training logs, and audit records.
  • Purchase and delivery information, such as items ordered, order status, and account identifiers needed to deliver a perk. Payment card details are handled by the checkout provider when checkout is external; SVN does not ask you to post card details in a ticket or Discord message.
  • Technical information that the website, hosting, authentication, or security providers may process, such as IP address, browser and device details, session identifiers, and request or error logs.
  • Roleplay server information, such as in-game identifiers, character details, gameplay activity, and chat or moderation records generated through the server.

2. How information is used

We use information as reasonably needed to:

  • Create and secure accounts and provide website, server, and community features.
  • Review applications, verify roles or history, assign permissions, deliver purchases, and respond to support requests.
  • Enforce rules, investigate reports, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain safety, and protect the rights and property of SVN and community members.
  • Maintain staff operations, including personnel, department, training, task, and audit records.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve our services and comply with legal obligations.

3. How information is shared

We make information available to authorized SVN ownership and staff who need it for community, safety, moderation, support, or administration. Staff records and internal submissions may be visible only to personnel with relevant permissions.

We use service providers to host and operate the site, authenticate users, store submissions, communicate with the community, and process purchases. These may include Base44, Discord, and the checkout provider shown at purchase. They process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal requests, protect people or property, investigate fraud or security incidents, or support a transfer of the server or its operations. We do not sell personal information for money.

4. Cookies, logs, and outside links

The website and its providers may use cookies or similar storage for sign-in, session security, preferences, and service operation. Your browser can control some cookies, but blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working.

Links to Discord, Cfx.re/FiveM, checkout pages, and other outside services leave the SVN website. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own notices.

5. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including account operation, moderation, staff administration, purchase records, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by record type. We may retain information in backups or records needed to document a moderation or security decision.

We use access controls and service-provider safeguards appropriate to the way SVN is operated. No website, server, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information associated with you, subject to identity checks and exceptions such as safety, fraud prevention, legal duties, and records needed to resolve disputes. You can submit a request through the website support page or the official SVN Discord. Please identify the account or Discord name involved and describe the request; do not send passwords, payment-card details, or government identification unless we specifically explain a lawful need.

Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to SVN, you may have additional rights, such as receiving information about collection and use, opting out of sale or sharing, limiting certain uses of sensitive information, or appealing a denied request. SVN does not deny service or change prices because someone exercises a legal privacy right. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason where required.

7. Children

SVN is a roleplay community and is not intended for children under 13. Some server areas or applications have higher age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us through the support page or official SVN Discord so we can review it.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our services or practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the website support page or the official SVN Discord.
