Refund Policy

Please review the item description, price, and delivery details before purchasing. Because SVN store items are digital and may be delivered or activated immediately, completed purchases are final. We do not refund purchases because you changed your mind, bought the wrong item, stopped playing, were removed or suspended from the community, or no longer have access to an account or server feature.

Donations are voluntary contributions to support the community. They are nonrefundable and do not guarantee a particular item, service, rank, or continued operation unless a specific benefit is expressly described at checkout.

Ranks, perks, vehicles, currency, and other digital items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be adjusted, reset, removed, or become unavailable as part of balance changes, moderation, security measures, or server operations. A change to an in-game item or a later server closure does not create a refund right except where required by law.

Purchases may be processed through an external checkout provider such as Tebex. The provider’s own purchase terms also apply. For a duplicate charge, an unauthorized payment, a checkout error, or an item that appears not to have been delivered, contact the checkout provider and SVN support with the order reference so the issue can be reviewed.

This policy does not limit any right you have under applicable law or your ability to contact your payment provider about an unauthorized or incorrect charge. Where a refund or other remedy is legally required, that requirement controls.

For purchase support, use the website support page or the official SVN Discord and include your order reference. Do not post payment-card details or passwords.
