Terms of Service
Effective October 10, 2026
These terms govern your use of the SVN website, Senora Valley roleplay server, store, and related community spaces operated by SVN Group (together, “SVN”). By using these services, you agree to these terms and the server rules posted in our community.
1. Who may use SVN
You must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements posted for the specific server, department, application, or service you use. Some applications have a minimum age of 16. You are responsible for following the rules that apply to your location and for giving accurate information when you apply or create an account.
If you use SVN on behalf of another person or group, you confirm that you have permission to accept these terms for them.
2. Community rules and staff decisions
You agree to follow the current server rules, department procedures, and instructions from authorized SVN staff. Rules may be updated as the community changes. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to your activity.
To protect the community, its members, and the operation of SVN, ownership and authorized staff may review reports, moderate content, deny applications, remove content, restrict features, suspend or remove accounts, and limit or end access to the website, Discord spaces, server, or staff roles. These actions may be taken when staff reasonably believe rules were broken, safety or operations require it, or continued access creates risk. Notice may be given when practical, but is not guaranteed before urgent action.
Staff decisions about moderation, applications, ranks, departments, and access are made for community operations. SVN may offer an internal review, but you are not guaranteed an appeal or a particular outcome.
3. Accounts and submissions
Keep your login credentials private and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.
Applications, support requests, screenshots, messages, and other submissions must be lawful and accurate. Do not submit another person’s private information unless you have a lawful reason and permission to do so. Do not upload malware, attempt to bypass security, exploit bugs, interfere with service operation, or misuse another member’s account or data.
4. Roleplay and community conduct
SVN is an entertainment and roleplay community. In-game events, characters, rankings, property, currency, and outcomes are part of a simulated environment and do not represent real-world services or assets.
Harassment, threats, hate-based abuse, cheating, exploitation, impersonation, doxxing, payment fraud, and interference with staff or community operations are prohibited. SVN may remove content or restrict access in response.
5. Store purchases and virtual items
Prices, descriptions, and delivery terms are shown at the point of purchase. Checkout may be handled by an outside provider such as Tebex; that provider’s checkout terms and privacy notice also apply.
Unless the law requires otherwise, completed purchases are final and nonrefundable. Store items, ranks, perks, and virtual currency are licenses for use within SVN, not money or property that you own. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be changed, limited, removed, or reset as needed for game balance, security, rule enforcement, or server operations.
SVN does not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability, or delivery by a particular time unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise. Contact support if an item appears not to have been delivered.
6. Content and ownership
SVN and its licensors retain their rights in the SVN name, logo, website, original server materials, and other content they provide. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.
You keep ownership of content you create, to the extent you own it. By submitting content to SVN, you give SVN a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt for formatting, and use that content to operate, moderate, promote, and improve the community. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this license. You may ask us to remove a submission where practical, subject to moderation, security, legal, and recordkeeping needs.
7. Third-party services
SVN may link to or rely on services operated by others, including Base44, Discord, Cfx.re/FiveM, and checkout providers. SVN does not control those services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them, and their availability may affect SVN features.
8. Service changes and availability
SVN may update, suspend, relocate, or discontinue any part of the website, game server, store, or community features at any time for operational, safety, technical, legal, or business reasons. We do not guarantee that a service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device.
9. Disclaimers and limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SVN services are provided “as is” and “as available.” SVN disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement, where the law permits.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SVN and its owners, staff, volunteers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, virtual items, or access. Their total liability for claims related to SVN will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid directly to SVN for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before it arose. These limits do not apply where the law prohibits them or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Your responsibility for claims
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse SVN for reasonable losses, claims, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) caused by your unlawful use of SVN, your material breach of these terms, or content you submitted that violates another person’s rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by SVN’s own unlawful conduct.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. The updated date above shows when the current version took effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the website support page or the official SVN Discord.
